1. What type of insurances do you specialize in?

Medicare Advantage, Medicare supplement, Medicare Prescription Drug, Life Insurance, Dental, Hearing, Vision, Hospital Indemnity, and Affordable Care Act Health Insurance.

 

2. Do you have a quote engine?

Yes. From our agent-facing quote engine, you are able to search plans (only contracts you hold with us) by zip code and include the beneficiaries prescriptions drug list and providers. You may save digital scope of appointment forms and submit applications without visiting the carrier's page directly. Our quote engine also allows for you to send SOA and enrollment applications via email or SMS.

 

3. What is your policy on releases?

We offer immediate releases to all agents after verification of no outstanding financial obligations to us or any carrier who you are contracted with under us.

 

4. What makes us different from everyone else?

We offer all of our agents ongoing training in Marketing, Product Training, Retention, and Being Your Own Boss. We offer a proactive management approach focused on limiting known barriers and pitfalls to most agents. We care about our agent's personal and professional growth. As a result, we created our Partnering Agent Contract-- helping new and seasoned agents succeed in the industry.

 

5. What is the commission structure?

Our agency offers agents commission payments through two contracting options: a. downline agent contract (retain 100% commission) b. partnering agent contract (80/20 commission split)

 

Downline Agents Receive:

50 / 50 CoOp on approved marketing activities

100 Contacts per 10 sales

• Beneficiary facing personal URL

• Free Business Phone Number

• *Unlimited Business Cards

• Discounted CRM access-- has the ability to record calls, send SMS and email

• Sales, Marketing, Events and Educational Support

• On-going Product, Business, and Financial Training

 

Partnering Agents Receive *ALL the benefits of downline agents PLUS*:

• Paid AHIP

• Paid E&O

• Company Email

• Web / Social Presence

o Website Profile

• Free CRM access-- has the ability to record calls, send SMS and email

 

6. How do you communicate with your agents?

We communicate via email, telephone, Zoom and in-person meets. We send weekly emails regarding available events, tabling opportunities and product trainings. Holding monthly marketing, business and/or strategy trainings & workshops, in-person and via zoom. One-on-one discussions on personal goals and performance goals. Furthermore, these same lines of communication are in place for agents to reach us when most convenient for them.

 

7. Do you offer lead programs?

Yes! We offer lead programs, events, tabling, and co-op opportunities. Participation in these programs depend on your RTS status with specific carriers as well as your ability to maintain three (3) Medicare Advantage contracts under us.
